Chef
Burriesci began his career by graduating from the Westbury Institute
of Culinary Arts. His credentials include six years at the four
star, luxury InterContinental, The
Barclay Hotel, on Park Avenue and 48th Street in New York City.
While working under the noted chefs Alex
Feher and Alex Porter, Chef Burriesci cooked for the fine dining
restaurant and the elegant banquet functions at The Barclay Hotel.
The Barclay's exclusive clientele gave Chef Burriesci the opportunity
to prepare fine international cuisine for foreign dignitaries and
politicians, sometimes at a moment's notice.
Chef
Burriesci is now fulfilling his life long dream of owning and operating
his own restaurant. Chef Burriesci has blended his restaurant and
banquet skills into one unique and personalized restaurant, Knobby's.
This restaurant combines fine dining with live entertainment in
a casual atmosphere in the beautiful Lake Wallenpaupack area. This
recipe makes for a great dish called success.
